Meet Hannah Wellens
Course: Life Skills

Hannah has made exceptional personal and academic progress during her first year on the choices programme at Cheadle College, growing significantly in confidence and independence.

As Head Chef in the Choices Café, she prepared meals, maintained excellent food hygiene, and managed kitchen tasks. In the Choices Shop, she developed customer service, money handling, and teamwork skills. Her growth enabled her to mentor new students with patience and kindness, making her a valued role model.

Academically, Hannah completed her Entry 2 themed awards in English and Mathematics, consistently producing high-quality work within the RARPA framework with a focus on employability, communication, and problem-solving.

Beyond her studies, she contributed to college life through the Choices Choir and performed using Makaton at the Cheadlebury celebration. Hannah’s hard work and positive attitude have made her a capable, inspiring member of the college community.
