Course Overview

This Paediatric first aid awareness session equips parents, caregivers, and educators with the necessary skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies involving children. Delivered by an experienced professional, this session provides knowledge and support on how to administer immediate care to infants and young ones during accidents, illnesses, or injuries.

Course Requirements

Participants are not required to possess any previous knowledge or expertise. We welcome individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for the subject and a willingness to actively engage and contribute.

What you will Learn

Participants will learn essential techniques such as CPR, choking relief, wound management and how to use a Defibrillator.
Making this session both interactive and engaging, promoting a culture of wellbeing.

Assessment

There will be no formal assessment.

For those seeking a qualification, they can be signposted to a Level 2 qualification in First Aid/PFA
